Nice to see a band moving on nicely from the demo stage... and you did check out that rather fine demo we told you about now didn't you? Whore have this forward moving electronic drone, relentless, driving.. it's a kind of Webcore/Killing Joe/Neu/Psychic TV/Front 242 thing with a grinding agenda all of it's own, sonic violence indeed... Don't let those comparisons give you the idea that this is hard boiled and difficult to ride along with... it's low slung, filthy, industrial high wire music, whore indeed..... the second track works in on you because it pulsates in it's own throbbing way, persistent industrial dance for Nine Inch Nails heads - and when you've got slightly comfortable with it they add a little more and keep you on edge..... Whore? Make dark industrial throbbing forward moving music that comes rather recommended in it's own dark way. I like Whore?

Debut release from London based guitar led four piece whose line up includes Roberto Luis de Pino (vocals), Woodge (bass), Al Aitken (guitar), Dr Phil (drums). On first hearing there's a strong similarity to some Strangler's material (perhaps 'Strange Little Girl') especially in the vocal department.The drums pound, the guitar drinds away, everythings driving, now I'm hearing something closer to Love and Rockets ('Motorbike' period).Certainly they have an ear for the more commercial end of alternative music - promising.
